Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery, we kindly request that all appointment changes adhere to the following guidelines: Cancellations or rescheduling made with at least 24 hours’ notice will incur no charge. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full charge for the service booked. We appreciate you're understanding and cooperation.
